About this place

This is undoubtedly the best chalet on this holiday park and has been completely remodelled in recent years to the highest specification for the current owners own use. No expense has been spared in creating this beautiful holiday home. Set in a great position, with parking a very short level walk away, this chalet offers more spacious accomodation than many. The L-shaped kitchen/dining/living room is a particular feature of the property. The kitchen has been fitted to a high standard with built in appliances. The chalet sleeps 4 comfortably in the double and twin bedrooms. These are complemented bu=y the luxury bath/shower room. To the front is a south facing patio area with room for relaxation and dining. As well as being a great family holiday home, there is excellent rental potential from the 10 season. The resort has numerous facilities including a bar/cafe, shop, launderette and new children’s play area. It is hoped construction of a new clubhouse will commence shortly to include leisure facilities and an indoor heated swimming pool. Atlantic Bays sits in the rolling countryside of St Merryn, within walking distance of the village and roughly a ten-minute drive from the coast. From here you’re amongst the famous Seven Bays — a run of golden, surf-washed beaches between Padstow and Constantine — with the working harbour town of Padstow just along the road. Whether you love the outdoors, wonderful food or a little history and culture, there’s something for everyone in this lovely part of Cornwall.
